Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for account activity under your login.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered on recurring or one-time plans as shown at checkout.

• Prices, taxes, and billing periods are presented before payment confirmation.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation where applicable.
• Billing is processed by third-party providers (for example Stripe or Lemon Squeezy).
• We may suspend paid access for failed or disputed payments.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and remains effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout.

As a default policy, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where refunds are required by applicable law or explicitly stated at checkout.

If a duplicate charge or technical billing error occurs, contact us and we will review and resolve it promptly, including refunding verified incorrect charges.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, or violate third-party rights.

• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• No reverse engineering or bypassing access controls where prohibited by law.
• No upload of content you do not have rights to use.

Intellectual Property

FoxyPads and related branding, software, and content are owned by FoxyPads or licensors. You keep ownership of your original uploaded content subject to required service permissions.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, or product quality. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FoxyPads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the affected service period.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where FoxyPads operates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
