Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for account activity under your login.

Service Description

FoxyPads is a browser-based digital music production tool (SaaS). Free Studio features are available without payment. Pro unlocks higher limits and advanced features as described on the Pricing page.

The service is delivered digitally online. There is no physical product and no shipping.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered on recurring plans as shown at checkout and on the Pricing page.

• Prices, taxes (if any), and billing periods are presented before payment confirmation.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation where applicable.
• Payments are processed by WayForPay using Visa, Mastercard, and other methods enabled for the merchant (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).
• The Seller of paid access is the FOP listed in the Public Offer and in the Seller details on this site — not WayForPay as a reseller.
• We may suspend paid access for failed or disputed payments.

Payment Geography

Card payments are accepted from customers worldwide except where restricted by WayForPay or applicable law (including russia and belarus).

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account Profile or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and remains effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Because FoxyPads delivers digital software access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where refunds are required by applicable law, approved after a support review, or processed under the Refund Policy.

If a duplicate charge or technical billing error occurs, contact us and we will review and resolve it promptly, including refunding verified incorrect charges.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, or violate third-party rights.

• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• No reverse engineering or bypassing access controls where prohibited by law.
• No upload of content you do not have rights to use.

Intellectual Property

FoxyPads and related branding, software, and content are owned by FoxyPads or licensors. You keep ownership of your original uploaded content subject to required service permissions.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, or product quality. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FoxyPads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the affected service period.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

Before opening a formal dispute, please contact support so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
