You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for account activity under your login.

Service Description

FoxyPads is a browser-based digital music production tool. The service is free of charge: there are no paid plans or subscriptions, and every feature is available to signed-in users.

To keep the service fast and stable for everyone, some resource-heavy features (such as AI stems separation) may have fair-use limits, for example a monthly number of uses.

The service is delivered digitally online. There is no physical product and no shipping.

Voluntary Support

You may choose to support the project through third-party donation platforms linked on this site. Donations are entirely optional.

• A donation is a voluntary gift, not a payment for the service. It does not unlock features, change limits, or create any obligation to provide a particular service level.
• FoxyPads does not process payments or store payment details. Donations are handled by the respective platform under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Questions about a donation, including refunds, are handled by the platform you used.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, or violate third-party rights.

• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• No reverse engineering or bypassing access controls or usage limits where prohibited by law.
• No upload of content you do not have rights to use.

Intellectual Property

FoxyPads and related branding, software, and content are owned by FoxyPads or licensors. You keep ownership of your original uploaded content subject to required service permissions.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, or product quality. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided free of charge and "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, FoxyPads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of projects or data.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

Before opening a formal dispute, please contact support so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
