Public Offer

Effective date: August 9, 2026

This Public Offer (the “Offer”) is an official proposal by the Seller to enter into a distance contract for paid digital access to FoxyPads Pro on the terms below.

By paying for a Pro plan or otherwise confirming acceptance at checkout, you (the “Customer”) accept this Offer in full. This document is the public contract / оферта required for online sales.

1. Seller

The Seller under this Offer is the individual entrepreneur (FOP) operating FoxyPads. Legal details are shown as registered (including Ukrainian spelling where applicable):

2. Subject of the Offer

FoxyPads is a browser-based digital music production service (SaaS). The paid product is Pro subscription access: higher usage limits and advanced features as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

This Offer covers digital services only. No physical goods are sold.

3. Price and Billing

Current prices and plan features are published on the Pricing page and are shown again before payment confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Pro is billed as a recurring monthly subscription.

  • Prices may be shown in USD or another currency supported at checkout; the charged amount is confirmed before payment.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for each billing period until you cancel.
  • Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of Pro access.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed by the payment provider WayForPay on behalf of the Seller.

  • Bank cards Visa and Mastercard (issued worldwide except countries restricted by the payment provider, including russia and belarus).
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay where enabled for the merchant account.
  • Other methods may be shown on the WayForPay payment page if activated for the shop.

5. Delivery of the Service (Digital)

There is no physical shipping and no courier or postal delivery.

After successful payment, Pro access is activated digitally in the Customer’s FoxyPads account, normally immediately or within a short automatic processing window.

The service is available online worldwide where the product can be accessed, subject to account eligibility and applicable law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your Profile page or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period, unless mandatory law or checkout terms require otherwise.

7. Refunds

Refund and chargeback rules are set out in the Refund Policy. That policy forms part of this Offer.

8. Customer Obligations

You must provide accurate account details, keep login credentials secure, and use the service lawfully and in line with the Terms and Conditions.

9. Related Documents

This Offer works together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. For refund-specific questions the Refund Policy controls, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

The Seller may update this Offer. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued purchase or use of paid features after updates means acceptance of the revised Offer, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
